Job Title: Content Strategist

Creative conceptualization is a vital part of this role, where you will decipher the specific asks of the brief to arrive at innovative ideas and concepts that meet client expectations and voice. It involves developing path-breaking and exciting content while staying true to the brand tone.

This role requires content planning and strategy to take amazing content to the audience for maximum impact according to the brief. Impeccable writing skills are essential, with a focus on avoiding typos and bad grammar. The ability to plan and execute content to reach maximum impact is crucial in this role.

Knowledge sharing is crucial, involving guiding and helping peers and juniors in skill development and sharing learnings across departments and functions. A curious mindset is necessary to organise and lead brainstorms in a structured, efficient, result-oriented way. Developing positive relationships with colleagues throughout the agency is also key. Enhancing one's skills through online & offline learning is encouraged, as well as building newer technology-related skillsets beyond core competence.

Key Responsibilities:
