Visa Application Coordinator

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive professional to support students in their visa application journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist applicants in completing visa application forms and preparing required documentation.
  • Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy/consulate guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and applicants for smooth processing.
  • Track application status and provide timely updates to applicants and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of applications, submissions, and approvals.
  • Handle queries and resolve issues related to the visa application process.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, 1-2 years of experience in visa processing, immigration services, or travel documentation, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, good communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
