Visa Application Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support students in their visa application journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist applicants in completing visa application forms and preparing required documentation.
  • Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy/consulate guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and applicants for smooth processing.
  • Track application status and provide timely updates to applicants and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of applications, submissions, and approvals.
  • Handle queries and resolve issues related to the visa application process.
  • Stay updated on immigration/visa guidelines, policies, and procedural changes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, good communication skills (verbal & written), ability to work under deadlines, and manage multiple applications simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is necessary.
