Senior Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This key role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our technological infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor servers (Linux, Windows, cloud, on-premise) to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Administer environments in AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, focusing on scalability and high availability.
  • Implement, maintain, and monitor security systems, backups, and disaster recovery protocols to safeguard our infrastructure and data.
  • Automate administration processes using scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and other tools to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • Monitor networks, firewalls, VPNs, and traffic to ensure seamless connectivity and security across international operations.
  • Conduct regular audits on performance, security, and compliance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Integrate and maintain monitoring solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Zabbix to provide real-time insights into our infrastructure's health.
  • Collaborate with development, support, and security teams to optimize operations, improve workflows, and enhance overall system reliability.
  • Manage access, permissions, and authentication policies to ensure secure and controlled access to our systems.
  • Document configurations, processes, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role or equivalent position.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, containerization, and orchestration.
  • Solid understanding of networks, protocols, DNS, load balancers, and monitoring/logging tools like ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, and Zabbix.
  • Experience in automation scripting, Bash, Python, PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
  • Knowledge of system security and compliance, including PCI DSS, and ability to design and implement secure architectures.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
