We are seeking a skilled Engineering Head to lead the delivery of engineering services and solutions for our Plant Engineering Business Unit.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, operations delivery, and plant engineering processes.

This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Experience in Leadership Roles in Plant Engineering Services organizations
  • People-oriented and results-driven professionals
  • Multidisciplinary knowledge, especially in Process, Piping, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines
  • Ability to handle multiple customers and projects simultaneously
  • Experience in Engineering Services Organizations and handling Offshore Design Centres (ODC) is preferred
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management capabilities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Interpersonal and collaboration skills to engage with internal teams, suppliers, and clients
