Job Title: Senior Software Engineering Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned software engineering manager to lead our development teams in delivering large-scale technology projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical leader who can motivate and inspire their team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • To design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.
  • To lead cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and developers in delivering project outcomes.
  • To collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and define project scope.
  • To manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • To identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance team productivity.
  • To mentor junior team members to help them grow professionally.

Requirements

  • A first-class bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6-10 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale technology projects.
  • Expertise in Microsoft .NET, including .NET, C#, and SQL Server, as well as strong background in web development with ASP.NET, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
  • Familiarity with financial markets and products, as well as knowledge of legacy development products such as ASP.NET MVC, VB.NET, and legacy .NET Framework versions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-directed work style with ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced industry.
