Key Accountabilities
  • Lead quarterly and annual price hike in coordination with cross-functional teams to achieve top-line benefits.
  • Provide valuable insights to business stakeholders on products pricing governed by regulatory bodies, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Support business growth by achieving bottom-line numbers as per therapy budget via strategic pricing.
  • Drive analytics and possibility of top-line benefit through proper planning of Hike & MRP Implementation on new stocks.
  • Maintain accurate Price Master with details of MRP, margins, and hike due dates for all products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Addressing notifications and notices from regulatory bodies.
  • Preparing submissions to be made to regulatory bodies for Preliminary Notices received and other data requested.
  • Assisting management in decision-making with respect to new launches and upcoming regulatory changes.
  • Developing mitigation plans to reduce the impact on business from price-related notifications.

Automation & Simplification Initiatives

  • Leading projects on automating existing data into a single platform and deriving actionable insights.
  • Driving automation projects through vendors and ensuring successful UAT, validation, and Go-Live of developed reports.

Provisions & Management Information System (MIS)

  • Making timely provisions for MRP Audit-related cases and products launched at risk.
  • Anticipating potential demand and making necessary provisions after discussions with legal teams.

Critical Stakeholder Management

  • Resolving queries of internal and external auditors by maintaining proper records and working out calculations.
  • Ensuring MRP updates in systems at material and batch levels, and providing approvals for MRP and stock acceptance.
  • Monitoring process changes for hikes and ensuring inventory is packed with correct MRP.
  • Providing effective decisions on deviations in MRP and suggestions for Depots.
