We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Domain Consultant to join our team as a process consultant from lead to revenue domain. This individual will work closely with cross-functional lead pricing consultants and actively participate in discovery requirement gathering workshops.
The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of CRM or L2R systems, cloud SaaS products architecture, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for functional understanding of customers' use cases, designing solutions to best suit underlying products, and promoting OOTB functionality to minimize customizations.
This role will serve as a liaison between technical teams, functional teams, and business functions to drive lead to cash-oriented discussions. The Pricing Domain Consultant will provide guidance to client teams on industry-leading practices and domain expertise across lead to cash.
Responsibilities:
- Create documentation of the as-is process and to-be processes with the guidance of the cross-functional lead and pricing domain consultant.
- Conduct process roadmap solution architecture reviews with project teams prior to design and development activities and ensure solutions are scalable, aligned with internal product roadmaps, and meet customers' business requirements.
Key Skills:
- Strong technical analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
