Transform HR Experiences with Our SuccessFactors Team

We're seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant with expertise in Onboarding (ONB) 2.0 to help us deliver impactful HR solutions and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement ONB 2.0 processes, including upgrades from ONB 1.0, ensuring seamless adoption by global organizations.
  • Design and implement complex business processes in SuccessFactors, driving process efficiency and employee experience.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with customers to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Integrate ONB 2.0 with upstream and downstream systems, including third-party applications, for a unified HR experience.
  • Provide best-practice guidance on customer processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption.
  • Stay updated with bi-annual SuccessFactors releases and guide customers through upgrades, ensuring they remain competitive.
  • Lead design sessions and workshops with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certifications in ONB 2.0 and Employee Central are mandatory; additional certifications in other SAP SuccessFactors modules are desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of ONB processes in global organizations, with exposure to system development, analysis, and testing.
