About this dynamic role

This is an opportunity to leverage analytical skills, effective communication, and relationship-building with clients and insurers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Excel, including formulas, lookups, and combinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee data for clients.
  • Oversight of Group Mediclaim, Group Term Life, EDLI, WC, and Group Accident Policies (Employee Health and Benefits policies).
  • Data coordination with insurance companies through endorsements and CD reconciliations.
  • Maintenance of endorsement trackers and timely updates in systems.
  • Establishment and maintenance of relationships with insurers, clients' HR and Finance teams, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
  • Support to clients' HR in data and CD statement reconciliation with insurer support.
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and data statements for clients and client executives.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with insurance policy management systems.
