- Manage cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders, data engineers, and governance teams to design and implement data governance processes that align with business objectives.
- Apply domain expertise in the insurance industry to ensure accurate capture of industry-specific requirements. This includes actively participating in sprint planning and daily stand-ups to ensure project goals are met.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or Actuarial Science. 6+ years of experience as a data/business analyst in insurance or financial services.
Technical Skills: Advanced SQL, Power BI, data modeling, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
