Job Description

As a seasoned technology leader, you will oversee the development and delivery of large-scale payment systems, transaction platforms, and cash/channel banking applications.

You will be responsible for driving technical excellence, architecture alignment, and delivery rigor across global transformation engagements.

  • Lead the design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of tech programs in payments and transaction banking.
  • Drive engineering rigor across Java-based platforms, Microservices, APIs, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical & Program Leadership:
    • Develop and implement scalable, reliable, and high-performing platforms.
    • Ensure successful project delivery, meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Program Management:
    • Oversee multi-stream programs, ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective governance.
    • Implement strong risk mitigation frameworks and cadence reviews.
  • Team Management:
    • Manage cross-functional technology teams (developers, architects, QA, DevOps).
    • Drive performance, innovation, and a culture of engineering excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • B.Tech in Computer Science or related field.
  • 18+ years of progressive experience in product engineering, platform delivery, or fintech transformation.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on or architectural exposure to Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, cloud platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in leading enterprise banking/payment system implementations.
  • Proficient in Agile, DevOps, SAFe, and global delivery methodologies.
