We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional to lead our engineering efforts and drive business growth.

This role will be responsible for architecting, designing, and scaling our core technology platform from the ground up. You will work closely with our founding team to shape our product roadmap, vision, and engineering culture.

You will also be responsible for building and mentoring a strong engineering team, fostering ownership and innovation. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless product execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, driving technical strategy, and delivering scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and design the core technology platform
  • Drive AI-first strategies to solve complex, high-scale problems
  • Work closely with the founding team to shape product roadmap, vision, and engineering culture
  • Build and mentor a strong engineering team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless product execution

Required Skills & Qualification

  • 8+ years of strong engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling platforms
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies and cloud-based systems
  • Hands-on coding ability and willingness to engage deeply with product development
  • Strong leadership skills to build, inspire, and manage engineering teams
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance, startup environment
