**Key Role Summary**

The Zone Credit Portfolio Manager oversees the portfolio's quality and delinquency management, ensuring optimal performance in their designated region.

  • Maintains a high-quality loan portfolio within the zone.
  • Leads and manages a team of credit specialists at the zone level.
  • Evaluates loan proposals, makes informed decisions on approval and disbursement within authorized limits, and escalates complex cases to the National Credit Manager as necessary.

**Essential Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a Post-Graduate degree in Finance.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in LAP.
  • Prior experience heading a credit evaluation team for retail banking products is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of credit risk principles.
