Project Management Specialist

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned Jira Administrator with exceptional communication skills and hands-on experience managing multiple projects and release trains in Jira.
The role demands setting Jira standards, workflows, and integrations while supporting teams working in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.
Jira Administrators will be responsible for administering and optimizing Jira/Confluence environments, defining standards, workflows, dashboards, and reports across projects, and supporting Agile Release Trains and Scrum of Scrums.
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Jira/Confluence environments.
- Define standards, workflows, dashboards, and reports across projects.
- Support Agile Release Trains and Scrum of Scrums, including PI Planning boards.
- Integrate Jira with tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide coaching, training, and reports for stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure platform stability, upgrades, and best practices adoption.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of Jira Administration experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, customization, and automation.
- Experience supporting Scaled Agile/SAFe programs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and scripting.
