Agile Project Facilitator

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure best practices are followed in a large enterprise data warehouse migration project. They should have 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software release environments, preferably in application development or data engineering Agile teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning to ensure team alignment and goal clarity
  • Lead cross-functional teams in dispersed geographic locations to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and team members through regular updates and progress reports
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an enterprise level software release environment
  • Agile certification (e.g., CSM, CSPO) and expertise in SAFe methodologies
  • Prior experience working in Data Analytics organizations and managing data engineering/data science teams, BI, data warehousing, or cloud migrations
  • Proficient in Azure stack (Databricks, Data Factory, etc.) and proficient in ADO
  • Basic SQL skills (will accept proficiency in MS Access)
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work effectively in a remote setting
