Job Title: Technical Project Lead

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Technical Project Lead to join our organization and take on the challenge of driving project success. As a seasoned Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile methodologies and best practices across various teams.

A key focus area will be coaching the team on Agile/Scrum principles and removing impediments to foster a collaborative environment.

You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and that project metrics are tracked accurately.

An additional responsibility will be collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translating these into actionable user stories.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in Agile project management tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data warehousing or analytics.
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and ETL processes.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Foster a collaborative team environment by facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.
  2. Coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and remove impediments.
  3. Track and communicate team metrics to stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
  5. Translate business needs into clear user stories.
  6. Work with data architects, engineers, and QA to ensure accurate delivery of requirements.
