We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team.

Job Description

As a key member of our agile development team, you will be responsible for driving user story analysis and elaboration, designing and developing responsive web applications using best engineering practices. This role involves performing hands-on software development, writing code and unit tests, conducting proof of concepts, code reviews, and testing in ongoing sprints.

You will work closely with product managers and engineers to implement solutions to complex web development problems, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline
  • 5-7 years experience working in Java and good knowledge of Java fundamentals
  • Good attitude, communication skills, willingness to learn and collaborate
  • 5 years development experience in developing Java applications in an enterprise setting
  • Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Dropwizard
  • 23 years recent experience working in JavaScript on Node stack is a plus
  • 3 years experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) practices
  • Experience with continuous integration and delivery environment
  • 3-4 years working in an Agile or SAFe development environment
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems
