Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to fill a hands-on role with working experience in Spring boot, Microservices, and cloud technologies.

The ideal candidate will lead junior developers and work with a team of world-class engineers to build products that intersect technology with people who rely on them daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the platform.
  • Mentor team members and ensure they adhere to set internal controls.
  • Coordinate and manage input from business and technology stakeholders across the enterprise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in core Java mainly along with Java, J2EE, and Spring boot.
  • Experience with web services standards and related technologies (HTTP, Spring, XML, JSON, REST).
  • Solid understanding of database technologies and SQL and JPA.
  • Hands-on experience with creating REST API and JSON.
  • Good experience working in Spring boot and JSON/RESTful API/Web Services.
  • Experience in AWS and Queuing systems is an advantage.
  • Managed a junior developer team and possess good communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed, with ability to work without a lot of supervision.
  • Experience in working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Exposure to continuous integration.
  • Knowledge of product development environments and integration with 3rd party web services.
