Brief Role Overview:

Our team is developing state-of-the-art automated driving systems for global deployment. As part of this effort, you will support the development of future ADAS system generations, which aim to achieve full autonomous driving by 2030.

In pursuit of this vision, we are working on specific software functionalities to build in-house software modules that maximize component reusability and robustness in the autonomous driving landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake various tasks and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team to mentor junior software engineers and clearly communicate findings through presentations and reporting.
  • Understand requirements and develop high-level designs that can be decomposed into detailed designs.
  • Mentor junior software developers on design patterns, development best practices, and DevOps trade-offs.
  • Create detailed software designs and support their implementation in software and API interfaces required from internal teams.
  • Develop complex software to meet design objectives.
  • Clearly understand API design for extensibility and portability of software across multiple implementations.
  • Liaise with global teams within the organization.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience with at least 3+ years in application design and development.
  • Experience in complex automotive projects owning responsibility for low-level design, implementation, and validation.
  • Design and development of software solutions in AUTOSAR.
  • Hands-on experience in programming languages like C/C++.
  • Knowledge of Agile SW development process.
  • Hands-on experience in developing systems based on various IPC mechanisms.
  • Good knowledge of Adaptive AUTOSAR-based Communication and Diagnostic stack.
  • Experience in Automotive SW middleware platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software design and architectural patterns.
  • Good understanding of ISO26262.
