Job Opportunity: LPG Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced LPG technician to manage our filling station and oversee LPG stock management.

  • Oversee daily operations of the LPG cylinder filling station, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and efficient use of resources.
  • Enforce strict safety standards and compliance with local LPG regulations to guarantee a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Monitor and manage LPG stock levels, including inventory tracking and replenishment planning, to minimize losses and optimize storage capacity.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams for delivery and return of cylinders, streamlining the supply chain process.
  • Maintain and supervise equipment (pumps, compressors, scales, valves, etc.), conducting regular checks and repairs as needed to ensure optimal performance.
  • Prepare operational and technical reports, documenting key findings and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Supervise and train technicians and plant operators, promoting knowledge transfer and skill development within the team.
Candidate Profile:
  • Technical diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, electromechanics, energy, or related field is essential for this role.
  • A minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in LPG operations or a similar industrial setting is required.
  • Strong knowledge of LPG filling systems, plant safety procedures, and equipment handling is crucial for success in this position.
  • Proven experience in stock and inventory management will be highly valued by our team.
  • Leadership skills and ability to work independently under pressure will enable you to excel in this challenging role.
  • English proficiency is a must, with French being an added advantage.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments is a significant asset for this position.
