Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to drive excellence in software quality.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of strong experience in test automation and quality assurance, specifically within the Banking domain.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts ensuring end-to-end test coverage.
- Perform continuous testing across security, API, regression, and functional test suites.
- Develop automation strategies and frameworks (BDD/Cucumber) to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Selenium with Java.
- Experience in API Testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or similar.
- Strong experience in BDD/Cucumber framework implementation.
- Proven experience in Banking domain projects (mandatory).
- Database testing and file handling expertise.
Bonus Skills:
- Exposure to automation tools such as Cypress, TestComplete, or Playwright.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
