Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

The software quality assurance specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products.

  • This role involves leading quality assurance initiatives, managing testing processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet user expectations and business requirements.

Candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and adherence to best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Skill Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in testing, quality assurance for software products.
  • Working knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with test management software and bug-tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Good to have knowledge in AI & ML and Python is an added advantage.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
