Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Team Lead to oversee our quality assurance efforts for a web domain project. As a Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies, ensuring overall quality of the project.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a leadership role and lead a QA team in delivering high-quality testing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for web applications.
- Lead and manage a QA team, including mentoring and providing guidance to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality results.
- Manage testing for web applications serving high-traffic and high-visibility client sites.
- Design and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to improve efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
- Evaluate and select appropriate testing tools and technologies to support testing activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Manage QA team's workload and provide support in resolving issues.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 8 - 10 years of experience in software QA testing role.
- Excellent analytical and logical skills to think through new application and strategize testing.
- Relevant work experience in manual testing of Web applications.
- Demonstrated knowledge of automated testing using Selenium or alternate automation tool (Mabl).
- Good understanding of Web and Mobile based projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
- Ideally have experience with Linux environment.
