This fixed-salary position demands co-founder level output from its occupants.

Shadow the Founder daily, sit in on key meetings, structure discussions, manage follow-ups, and ensure execution across teams.

Manage high-context switching across product, growth, partnerships, operations, and investor conversations.

Travel with the Founder or alone when needed and handle fast-paced schedules. Drive key programs that directly impact growth and scale. Should be able to travel anywhere in the world.
