Founding Quantitative Researcher

We are recruiting for Founding Quant Research Engineers to spearhead the full research and development cycle of our investment systems.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing advanced predictive models, building personalized portfolio optimizers, and driving continuous improvement of alpha generation and capacity expansion.
- Develop sophisticated mathematical models for forecasting returns and risks, focusing on low-frequency predictions primarily in Indian equities but also including other asset classes.
- Build scalable quantitative investment and wealth-management platforms, incorporating robust data pipelines and proprietary alternative data integrations.
- Drive innovation in alpha research, backtesting, and live experimentation, leveraging AI assistance to boost creativity and product velocity.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess exceptional technical skills, including expertise in programming languages, data structures, and algorithmic design. Additionally, strong collaboration and communication skills are essential for aligning research output with company goals.
