Quantitative Researcher Position

We seek an expert quantitative researcher to lead our research efforts as a founding member. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing advanced models and collaborating closely with development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop predictive models for returns and risks, focusing on Indian equities and other asset classes
  • Design portfolio optimizers compatible with various benchmarks, constraints, and financial objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement of alpha generation and capacity expansion
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in quantitative research
  • Strong academic background in financial engineering/mathematics/data science or a quantitative discipline + CFA/MBA
  • Prior roles: Experience in quant investing funds or fast-paced startups
  • Proficiency with cutting-edge AI tools and technologies
