About the role:

This consultative, client-facing position focuses on building trust, simplifying health concepts, and ensuring clients feel supported and understood. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for new clients, welcoming them over video consultations, understanding their key challenges, and guiding them toward the most suitable next step in their journey.

This opportunity is ideal for final-year students or fresh graduates who want to build a career in health, wellness, and client communication while gaining real-world experience in digital health consulting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting 1:1 video consultations with new clients
  • Listening actively to clients' challenges and health goals
  • Educating clients about our holistic health process in simple terms
  • Providing empathetic guidance on the next steps
  • Maintaining accurate notes and records of all consultations

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Final-year students or fresh graduates in Psychology, Communication, Public Health, or related fields
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Comfortable with video consultations (Zoom/Google Meet)
  • Empathetic, confident, and good listener
  • Well-groomed, confident, and presentable for client-facing video calls
  • Passionate about holistic health, lifestyle improvement, and wellness
