Health Transformation Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Health Transformation Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business revenue by leading inbound calls, closing deals, and following up with leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate ₹5,00,000/month in new business revenue
  • Handle 4–5 qualified inbound calls per day
  • Closing at least 10 clients/month on our ₹50,000 health transformation program
  • Follow up with leads who didn't buy the first time to recover and reset
Requirements:

What We Offer:
  • Base Salary: ₹20,000/month + incentives
  • Commission: 5% on every sale beyond the first 5
  • Paid-in-full bonuses and performance incentives included
Working Hours & Expectations:
  • Full-time: 56–60 hrs/week
  • Availability: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST, Monday to Saturday
  • Remote role: Work from anywhere in India
