Job Title: Procurement Specialist
">Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for finding the best resources at the best prices for merchandise, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective products for our brands.
Main Responsibilities:- Resource Sourcing: Identify and source suppliers who can provide high-quality products at competitive prices.
- Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors, as well as identify new opportunities to improve our supply chain.
- Pricing Strategies: Collaborate with marketing and management to develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
- Product Development: Work closely with designers to identify future product offerings through customer research and technological trend analysis.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Maximize sourcing channels, identifying new opportunities, and supporting negotiations with the supply base.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with Merchandising on stock management, style options, quantities, promotions, and markdowns.
- Market Research: Track competitors' activities through market research, forecasting trends in color, fabric, etc.
- Product Presentation: Develop product presentations, packaging, and development, along with promotional planning.
- Seasonal Planning: Review and adjust season plans and weekly plans.
- Vendor Development: Identify and develop new vendors, obtaining range merchandise after effective negotiation.
- Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with Marketing and Design on Visual Merchandising promotions, ensuring timely delivery of samples by vendors.
- Quality Assurance: Set standards for merchandise quality with QA, reconciling store plans and fixing departmental financial plans.
