Financial Controller Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial planning, analysis, and control functions. This role will oversee the entire finance operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and corporate strategy.
  • Drive the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Monitor, review, and control the profit and loss (P&L) across business units, ensuring alignment with financial targets and goals.
  • Oversee and optimize accounts payable (AP) processes, including vendor payments, expense management, and cash flow optimization.
  • Supervise accounts receivable (AR) activities, ensuring accurate invoicing, efficient collections, and minimizing credit risk and bad debts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection, analysis, and financial reporting processes.
  • Identify and implement cost optimization and expense control measures across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance & Accounting, with CA qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in financial controlling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration abilities, with effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
