Job Title: Senior Financial Planning Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability through effective financial planning and analysis.

Job Description:
  • MIS Preparation: Develop and maintain monthly MIS reports, budgeting and forecasting models, and variance analysis tools to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Financial Dashboard Development: Design and implement financial dashboards and visualizations to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports for senior management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analyses.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial plans, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and analyze cash flow to ensure timely payment of bills and optimize working capital.
  • Business Partnership: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.
  • 3-4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI/Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Results-oriented individual with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
