Senior Human Resources Generalist

This role is responsible for maintaining and updating employee records in HRMS software. Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing HR reports and dashboards for management review, leveraging data design insights using AI tools, supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, managing and resolving employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner, organizing training & development programs to promote professional growth, driving employee engagement activities and fostering a positive working culture, and overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Key SkillsAdvanced Excel with hands-on experience for at least 2-3 years is required. Additionally, proficiency in working with Macros, Pivot tables, MS office, and Power BI is necessary. Experience working with data of minimum 2000+ employees and knowledge of HR practices and HR tools/software are also essential.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role, as well as strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, are required. Expertise in MS Excel and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information are also crucial.
