Job Title: Strategic Human Resources Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Strategic Human Resources Leader to join our team. As the leader of HR, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business needs and foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Design and execute effective recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely and effective recruitment.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
  • Promote positive employee relations by fostering open communication, conflict resolution, and a respectful work environment.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
  • Identify training and development needs, design and deliver training programs, and facilitate employee skill enhancement and career growth.
  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and performance-based compensation reviews.
  • Manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
  • Prepare and submit required HR reports and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in India.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration and experience designing and implementing relevant programs.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and software for data management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities.
Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of INR 3,60,000/- to INR 8,00,000/- (Gross).
