We are seeking a skilled Technical Quality Assurance Specialist to spearhead the testing of our mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual and automated testing, with a focus on mobile apps and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test cases for mobile and web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough test coverage.
  • Design and implement test strategies, plans, and scripts to validate functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Perform functional, regression, performance, UI/UX, and integration testing.
  • Analyze and report defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
  • Set up and maintain automated test frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
  • Continuously improve test coverage, tools, and processes.
  • Work with developers to understand root causes of issues and ensure effective fixes.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in QA testing for mobile and web applications.
  • Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar.
  • Experience working with Android and iOS apps, along with cross-browser testing for web apps.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Strong knowledge of bug tracking systems and test case management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to validate backend data.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Experience in API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
  • ISTQB or similar QA certification is beneficial.
