Client Servicing Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Client Servicing Manager to play a key role in our organization.

As a crucial liaison between us and our clients, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination, timely project delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their requirements are clearly understood and executed effectively.
  • Manage and deliver comprehensive campaigns across mainline (print, outdoor, TV, radio) and digital (social media, paid ads, content marketing) channels.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, digital, and strategy teams to deliver impactful solutions within specified timelines.
  • Prepare thorough client briefs, campaign reports, and presentations to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients through consistent communication and support.
  • Handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results.
  • Identify client needs and propose innovative ideas to add value and strengthen partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in client servicing within advertising, marketing, or digital agencies.
  • Hands-on experience managing both mainline and digital campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management abilities with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
