The Role:

  • You will be responsible for facilitating communication between developers, stakeholders, and users by documenting requirements and technical specifications.
  • As a key member of our team, you will oversee projects through the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities:

  1. Transform incoming project requests into detailed requirements and specifications.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to achieve consensus before development begins.
  3. Manage scope, schedule, and quality of projects with the website development team and stakeholders.
  4. Work with the Enterprise team on projects requiring system integration.
  5. Present project deliverables to stakeholders.
  6. Ensure project expectations are met by partnering with the lead engineer.

Requirements:

  • A related university degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience, with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work US hours due to significant collaboration with US stakeholders.
  • Experience with content management systems and website user experience is necessary.
  • Strong organization and English communication skills are essential.
  • Data-driven approach, including analytics to inform roadmaps.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Confluence and Jira is preferred.
