IT Project Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Associate Project Manager.

Key responsibilities include defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. They will also develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring IT software projects to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines. They will also support the Project Manager in tracking project progress, updating schedules, and maintaining project documentation.

Additional responsibilities include facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify project deliverables.

Key skills and qualifications include 2-15 years of experience in IT with 5+ years in project management. A solid understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies is essential. Sound knowledge of Scrum Master principles and hands-on experience with project management tools like MPP, Clarity, XLS, and JIRA are required.

A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, self-motivation, and ability to work independently are necessary for success in this role. Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as high-level knowledge of latest technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure/API), are highly desirable.
