Job Opportunity

Our organization seeks a skilled RPA Architect to oversee the design and delivery of enterprise-grade automation solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design and architect scalable, maintainable RPA solutions across Power Platform (Power Automate), UiPath, and Automation Anywhere platforms.
  • Lead workshops with business and technical stakeholders to drive automation innovation.
  • Define reusable components, coding standards, and governance models for seamless integration with enterprise systems.
  • Oversee the RPA development lifecycle from proof-of-concept to deployment and hypercare.
  • Drive automation innovation by integrating AI/ML, OCR, and document understanding capabilities.
  • Support and mentor RPA developers in fostering technical excellence and delivery quality.
  • Contribute to the RPA Center of Excellence assets such as solution accelerators and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 16+ years of experience in software development or solution architecture.
  • 8+ years of dedicated RPA experience across at least two of the following platforms: Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere.
  • Solid understanding of automation architecture, error handling, logging, and scalability patterns.
  • Proficiency in API integration, web services, and data handling.
  • Experience in secure automation practices and access control.
  • Strong documentation and design articulation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant certifications such as UiPath Advanced Developer, Power Platform Architect.
  • Exposure to AI-enhanced automation technologies.
  • Experience with version control, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration capabilities.
  • Self-driven and comfortable working in remote teams.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
