Sales Manager Job Description
We seek a motivated and skilled sales manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales performance to new heights.

The successful sales manager will lead and manage a team of sales agents, develop and implement effective sales strategies, monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, provide training and support to the sales team, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, oversee property listings and marketing efforts, negotiate and close property sales, and stay updated on real estate market trends and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales agents
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
