Design Manager Position

The ideal candidate for this Design Manager position will be responsible for overseeing the sales and design processes, as well as operational communication.

  • Sales Funnel Management: Assist partners in managing their sales funnel to achieve higher conversion rates.
  • Project Design: Manage the design of 12 to 15 projects per month.
  • Team Output: Oversee the work output of partner teams for 5 stores.
  • Hiring and Training: Help hire designers by conducting technical interviews and train them to achieve predictable sales and design output.
  • Customer Experience: Foster customer experience and relationship management.
  • Market Feedback: Collaborate with category and cross-functional teams to gather market feedback.
  • Team Performance: Manage the performance of the design and site delivery team.

Expertise and Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, and post-graduation in Project Management/Construction Management from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the building construction industry.
  • Skills: Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs, tech-savviness, ability to work under pressure, and independently.
