Job Title: Functional CRM

We are seeking a highly experienced Functional Consultant with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 3 years of experience in core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules.
  • Strong analytical, research and troubleshooting skills to identify root cause analysis.
  • Ability to configure, install and troubleshoot Server, and provide solutions by reading platform trace logs.
  • Familiarity with MS CRM Sales, Service and Marketing modules.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implementing Omnichannel experiences.
  • Providing support and training to users.
  • Maintaining SLAs and incident/service requests.
  • Working on Agile or Waterfall approach depending on business requirements.
  • Developing strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key qualifications include:

  • Certified in MS Dynamics.
  • Knowledge of DevOps.
  • SSRS reporting services experience.
