Job Title: Accommodation Solutions Specialist

Work Hours: 9 (Rotational); 5.5 days per week

Shift Timings: 3 PM to 12 AM & 7 PM to 4 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.">

  • Understand students' unique requirements and provide personalized accommodation recommendations.">

  • Build in-depth knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice.">

  • Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure.">

  • Work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.">

  • Accurately record and manage all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.">

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.">

  • Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus.">
  • Industry experience in real estate, hospitality, business development, or customer service is preferred.">
