Human Resources Manager Job Description

Our Human Resources Manager plays a vital role in executing the Performance Management process, developing and maintaining Job Descriptions, and coordinating Reward & Recognition programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Align employees with business goals through effective program implementation.
  2. Collaborate with management to identify business processes and develop strategic plans.
  3. Evaluate business initiatives to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  4. Design data analysis methodologies and management reporting systems.
  5. Develop strategic planning methods to drive organisational success.
  6. Identify data collection tools, sources, benchmarks, and performance targets.
  7. Implement organisational effectiveness interventions to improve employee engagement.
  8. Develop competency models to enhance employee development.
  9. Organise team-building exercises and workshops to foster collaboration.
  10. Help employees create project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
  11. Measure performance management against organisational goals.
  12. Define desired individual or group performance standards.
  13. Ensure adequate manpower availability to meet business needs.
  14. Plan and manage optimal manpower requisitions to fill openings on time.
  15. Coordinate talent acquisition budgets with functional heads and drive recruitment strategies.
  16. Establish an appropriate organisation structure to respond to changing business environments.
  17. Review roles and grade structures regularly, create service level agreements, and integrate mechanisms for efficient inter-departmental coordination.
  18. Oversee training and development needs of the organisation.
  19. Support the Training Head in identifying training needs and implementing programs for technical and behavioural aspects.
  20. Articulate the compensation philosophy through C&B surveys and map industry practices.
  21. Design a compensation structure aligned with industry practices and organisation requirements.
  22. Deliver pay efficiently through transparent, robust, and legally compliant processes.
  23. Design performance-based pay programs to drive employee and organisational performance.
