Job Title: Business Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to join our team at Scrut Automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To act as the primary point of contact for any activities at the office and ensure that all communications are handled professionally.
  • Responsible for managing a variety of office operations, including facilities management, supplies inventory management, purchase order management, courier services, vendor management, and other tasks.
  • Support cross-functional stakeholders to create an exceptional employee experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest regulations around health and safety in the workplace.
  • C coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Coordinate food services, including catering and kitchen supplies.
  • Lead all housekeeping and related activities according to required standards.
  • Support the execution of corporate culture events, including catering, setup, and entertainment.
  • Manage general administrative duties and special projects with constantly changing priorities.
  • Maintain and manage assets in the office, such as laptops, CCTV cameras, projector, TV, etc.
  • Execute the employee engagement charter for employees in partnership with the HR team.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1-4 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confidence in your abilities, with a willingness to seek feedback and improve continuously.
  • A strong sense of urgency, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is an advantage.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum (inclusive of additional benefits).
