As a Design Lead, you will be responsible for defining and driving the company's design vision, ensuring brand aesthetics are consistent across all platforms.

You will conceptualize and oversee 360° creative campaigns, from ideation to execution, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

A key aspect of this role is mentoring and developing a team of designers, providing them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their careers.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in a design or art direction role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management capacity.

They will possess advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, with familiarity with AI design tools being a plus.

Strong conceptual thinking, a deep understanding of design principles, branding, typography, and digital aesthetics are essential for success in this role.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative and solutions-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with stakeholders and drive results-driven design solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creative Leadership: Define and drive the company's design vision, ensuring brand aesthetics are consistent across all platforms.
  • Campaign Development: Conceptualize and oversee 360° creative campaigns, from ideation to execution, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities to foster growth and innovation.
  • Photoshoot Direction: Oversee photoshoots with a creative lens, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and visual identity.
  • Design Execution: Deliver high-quality designs using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, ensuring consistency, innovation, and attention to detail.
  • Process Improvement: Establish and refine design processes and workflows to increase efficiency, output quality, and team productivity.

Required qualifications include:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in a design or art direction role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management capacity.
