DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our cloud-native infrastructure projects. As a DevOps expert, you will design, implement and optimize our enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop end-to-end architecture for AKS-based workloads in Azure.
  • Design multi-environment, multi-region AKS architectures for high availability and disaster recovery.
  • Evaluate best practices for container orchestration, scaling and governance in AKS.
  • Assess cost optimization strategies for AKS and related Azure resources.
Azure & AKS Expertise
  • Implement AKS clusters with features like:
  • Cluster and node pool autoscaling
  • Private cluster configuration
  • Network isolation using Azure CNI / Kubenet
  • Managed identities and Azure AD integration
DevOps & Automation
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions with Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates for AKS provisioning.
  • Implement automated deployments using GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux).
  • Evaluate CI/CD architecture using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or Jenkins for AKS workloads.
Security & Compliance
  • Develop RBAC and Azure AD security models for AKS access.
  • Integrate security scanning for container images and Kubernetes workloads.
  • Evaluate alignment with compliance frameworks and governance policies.
Monitoring, Logging, & Observability
  • Implement observability solutions using:
  • Azure Monitor
  • Managed Prometheus
  • Container Insights
  • Grafana
Qualifications
  • 10+ years experience in DevOps, Cloud Architecture or related roles.
  • 5+ years hands-on Azure experience, with deep AKS expertise.
  • Strong technical expertise in:
  • Kubernetes architecture & troubleshooting
  • Azure networking (VNet, NSG, Private Link)
  • IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM)
  • Container security and governance

The ideal candidate is expected to possess strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences, be able to lead design workshops and architecture reviews, and have strategic problem-solving skills with hands-on implementation skills.

The location of this role is Belgaum, India. Travel may be required for project delivery.
