We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to leverage healthcare data and build innovative solutions.

About the Role

The intersection of technology and patient care has brought unintended consequences. We aim to overcome this challenge by harnessing the power of healthcare data and replacing outdated approaches with cutting-edge solutions.

We require a Senior Data Scientist who possesses in-depth knowledge of healthcare data and can develop algorithms to personalize treatments based on clinical and behavioral history.

Key responsibilities include designing and leading the development of artificial intelligence initiatives to enhance health outcomes, collaborating with business leaders and customers to identify pain-points and create large-scale solutions, and defining technical architecture to productize machine-learning algorithms.

Qualifications:

  • Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant field (PhD preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Science (healthcare experience advantageous)
  • Strong hands-on experience in Python - building enterprise applications
  • Deep expertise in classical and modern NLP techniques
  • Understanding of advanced fine-tuning techniques like PEFT, LoRA, and QLoRA
  • Experience with GenAI tools and techniques including RAG, VectorDBs, Agentic AI fundamentals
  • Proficiency in LangChain or Crew.AI
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and HuggingFace transformers
  • Hands-on experience with ML platforms like Databricks, Azure ML, Sagemaker
