Healthcare Product Development Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and driven Associate Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for product development and a keen understanding of the healthcare industry.
As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for supporting strategic product planning and development lifecycle. This includes driving product execution through market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements, and roadmap development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support strategic product planning and development lifecycle.
- Drive product execution through market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements, and roadmap development.
- Liaise with stakeholders for defining product strategy and communicate it to technology development resources.
- Participate in sprint planning discussions and refine product backlogs.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development.
- Create product strategy documents describing business cases, use cases, and technical requirements.
- Review development team work and ensure alignment with product vision.
- Serve as interface with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 4-10 years of product experience in US healthcare domain.
- Self-motivated and driven individual who can envision future product direction.
- Prior Product Management experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge in technology and healthcare product platforms required.
- Expertise in Revenue Cycle Management/Clinical or other areas within the healthcare domain.
- Able to understand/communicate solution vision and drive details.
