Database Analyst in Healthcare

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Analyst to join our team in the dynamic field of healthcare. With a minimum of 7+ years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing database solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Data Analysis: Apply clinically oriented skills to analyze complex medical data and identify trends and patterns.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with major LIS (Laboratory Information Systems) and EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Epic, Cerner/Oracle, Meditech, SCCSoft lab, Sunquest, Orchard, and NextGen.
  • Database Administration: Manage and maintain databases using Microsoft Access/SQL, ensuring high levels of performance and reliability.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Medical Terminology: Possess exceptional knowledge of medical terminology and jargon.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with peer groups, leadership, and clients, providing project status updates and offering solutions to complex problems.
